RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
The Bridal Trading Place endeavors to ensure orders are correct and are undamaged before leaving.our store.
The Bridal Trading Place does not accept cancellations or alterations to orders.
We also do not accept return of goods for refund without prior approval from our office.
The Bridal Trading Place will only exchange an item or provide you with a refund for the purchase price if the product is faulty or damaged.
Returnable items must be sent back to us within 7 working days from the date your order is received and be must be unused with intact original packaging.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the postage is then the responsibility of the customer and is unfortunately not refundable.
No refund is given for the following;
Return packages that become lost,
Personalised items,
Cameras,
Non returnable items sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or refund will be issued.
To make a return, please do the following;
Firstly contact our office for approval for a return, let us know whether you require an exchange or refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Click here for contact details.
Make sure you have kept a copy of your original receipt.
We do not refund if an item is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
We are willing to refund if the item is faulty.
We DO NOT refund if you change your mind or if an item does not fit.
All returned items must be received by us in original condition with all tags attached. We will only refund once we receive the item. Postage charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
Please note that colour variations may occur depending on the type of monitor you view the item on.
